Prime Minister of India must have a vision and Mission which is Noble and for the people of India.
India is above parties. We should be above political parties.

Remove the upper limit on PPF.
It can serve as pension fund.
The existing infrastructure can support it.
ALL investment in PPF with interest is fully withdrawable by the depositor.
