Respected All,
A new account reqd for common man for his old age.
A new 9% interest account with no tax no limit
should be created for Pension. This account will be available for
common man to survive his old age.
This account should be available to be created by any Indian citizen
in Nationalized banks only.
Principal and Interest should be protected by Govt of India ( Reserve
bank of India)
The current PPF account restriction of 70,000 has to be increase to
some seven or ten lakhs.
The minimum expense of a small family is 16,000 for survival and about
25,000 including education.
Suppose if the family(which it will be) lives for 40 years after retirement,
he has to plan for 3 (three lakh) NPV per annum.
1.2 Crore per person as pension is minimal requirement.
IF interest and inflation adjusts at best case, we need 3*40 = 1.2
crore just to live.
Now, the inflation is 100% per month on essential commodities like food.
You need to create pension account without tax and without limit on
investment for people's survival.
Thanks and Regards,
N.Rajeaswar.

Stocks Are Robbing the Wealth of the Individual and Nation
Respected All,
Stocks Are Robbing the Wealth of the Individual and Nation
The pricing of stocks need some correction which has to be done by SEBI
Let us take the example of Reliance Power.
The face value of stock of Rs10 was sold at Rs 450.
Why does SEBI allow the IPO at a premium value and not at the FACE value?
We have the following questions
Did the remaining 440 rupees go the working capital of the company?
The Real Wealth R450 has been reduced to Rs 10.
Stock market has robbed this Rs 440 from the investors for the value of Rs 10.
This is causing inflation.
THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED ONCE AND FOR ALL.
IF the shares were traded at face value, there would be more investors
and they could have got profited from the business.
Now their earning is 1/45 times less.
Wealth is lost for the individual and the nation.
Let us take the business of Reliance Power.
It has to produce power and sell it to the government.
Power is a administered Price and it takes 25 years to break even.
During that time and in future they could only get normal profits.
During this tenure how does the Stock price increase?
A REAL STOCK PRICE CAN ( OR SHOULD ) INCREASE ONLY IF THE DIVIDEND INCREASES.
The pricing of stock needs a fix which has to be based on Real values
(i,e) dividends and not on any other metrics.
SEBI has to fix the upper limit of the pricing of all stocks
for the nations to prosper in the future.
The last buyer is the loser.
I want to bring to the notice what happened to privatisation of Power
in California.
The company took all the surplus which was kept for purchasing power
in bad weather conditions.
The CEO's and top officials took the money and they declared bankruptcy.
Since Power is essential, California government again bought back the
Power industry.
This implies that
ALL PRIVATE PARTICIPATION IN BUSINESS HAS TO BE MONITORED. We need to
check it to be real.
The same is the case with the pricing of stock.
GOVERNMENT AND ORGANIZATIONS HAS TO CHECK THE PRICE OF EVERY COMMODITY
INCLUDING STOCK.
THE LAST BUYER IS THE LOSER (Along with the nations wealth ).
Thanks and Regards,
N.Rajeaswar.

Why can't you give free eduction to economically backward people of India?
Respected All,
Every (private) school must give some 5-10% free education for the
poor to transform INDIA.
I do not see the private schools doing any service to the needy.
The fees is like 40,000 per year with one time fees of 40,000.
There are 800+ students which comes to around 3.2crores ( every year )
A one time admission / capitation fees to around 3.2crores (one time)
Even if the school spends about 10,000 per month per teacher and
another 10,000 as rent,
then the expense is about 1.14 Crores.
The schools are swindling about 2 crores + every year.
Why can't they give free education to poor?
What is the additional cost of providing say ( 5 children per class)
free education?
In my college days, there were about 60 students per class.
Why can't the school have additional 5 children in every class?.
This will change the society of tomorrow.
This has to be made compulsory for all schools and colleges in India.
Every educational Institution has to be made non profit orgn and
report all income to RBI.

Government policies should not discriminate any citizen by AGE or Profession
Respected All,
Government policies should not discriminate any citizen by AGE or Profession.
Government should allow one bank ( Say SBI ) to create one account for
every citizen.
( Just like PPF )
That account should have 9% rate of interest compounded quarterly (without tax).
You can set the lock in period to say ( Age 50 or Age 60 ) of the citizen.
From SBI web site,
Currently SBI has additional 1% of interest rate higher for SBI employees.
I do not know where all these kind of discrepancies are there.
This is clearly DISCRIMINATION BY PROFESSION.
Government should not allow this Discrimination.
Since, For the Government of India Every citizen is born EQUAL,
Every citizen should get the same benefit.
Secondly,
All Senior Citizens are given 1% more interest Rate other than normal persons.
This is another discrimination by AGE.
Every one is going to become old some day.
But when it comes to finance, every one has the same right to plan for
his old age
irrespective of his age.
So, Government should allow every citizen ( irrespective of his AGE )
to invest in one account ( either convert PPF to 9% compounded
quarterly and use existing infrastructure to bank)
OR Create a new account ( for pension purposes ).
I see for any small family living in Bangalore, the cost of living is
25k per month.
Based on that every citizen needs 3 lakh per year.
Also after retirement, his family requirements will be there for next
40 years amounting to 1.2 crore per citizen.
India needs government instruments ( other than stock market) to
provide this facility
to every citizen of India.
We can use this money from this account for long term government projects
including providing
1.Education by giving one laptop per child ( a new device based on MID
based on tegra / AJ200 yet to be designed)
2.By providing laptop / MID to all teachers in the nation
3.By creating the necessary back bone using wireless and wired broadband
4.By allowing companies to make SPEV ( Solar Plug in electric vehicle as cars )
5.By allowing people to work from home ( after making them IT enables
) like all companies in Bangalore
6.By cutting down transportation network and concentrate on networks
for people to work even in existing cities.
7.To harness the power of Solar for Electricity
8.To generate Electricity from Ocean using waves
9.To build Desalination plants to get enough water for all coastal
cities to help from draught
10.Make a Global Village to compete with Global Markets
( by not building and not expanding cities which costs trillions
for transport power etc.)
11.Building safer and secure homes for all
... and more.
We need money for all these projects and certainly there is billions
reqd to accomplish these infrastructure projects
I am not seeing any government in India is doing this.
So, First Create a Government Account with 9% compounded Quarterly (
without any tax )
Which is available to all without any upper limit so that people from
all AGE group can participate.
We can do a lot with that money.
We will share that wealth with every citizen of the nation.
This is the way that a Nation Grows with its Citizens.

Protocol for Payment on Mobile Phones
Respected All,
Protocol for Payment on Mobile Phones V3.
I have designed the protocol for the payment on Mobile phones.
First the person who want to make a payment types a number
like
14444 from his cell phone
A IVRS system ( which is maintaining credit balance for all cell phones all over India )
This system validates the source based on sim/emai and other credentials.
------->>>System asks for password and validates
------->>>System prompts for phone number
Then, the person enter the destination person's phone number ( to whom the payment has to be made )
The IVRS confirms the destination phone number
IVRS prompts for the amount.
Person enters the amount in rupees ( numbers )
IVRS confirms the amount as numbers
and asks the confirmation.
On success,
The credit is transferred from one phone account to another phone account.
------->>>System send a confirmation service /SMS to the person who has made the payment.
--->>>For advanced users, The users can send a string like
*14444#phone no#amount in rupees#password#
--->>> system will do a validation
--->>> system will send a service / SMS to the person who initiated the payment.
All sellers should have a facility to redeem the credit from some bank
or through selective places like a Dealer who is authorized to get the credit and give cash to the seller
( This can be done by any cell phone dealer )
The number of connections to the number 14444
should be backed up with 10 or 100 lines or more to handle the traffic by doing automatic switch over.
The technology which I am discussing already exists for recharge of coupons.
The transfer of credit also exists ( that is the way that the dealer transfers talk time to customers now )
By combining these two technology, We can make electronic cash to work through mobile phones.
Alternatively if the existing mobile phone provider, change the meaning of Credit
( From talk time to currency : to me both are one and the same )
They can allow the transfer of credit from one phone to other
( just like what they do in easy cash now)
Once the number portability is in place, this will become simplified
since it can be maintained by a single person.
By this way we can completely eliminate the use of currencies even for small transactions.
( we will also be saved from economic crimes which is originating from other countries in usage of currencies)
We will also be saved from using currencies,
Since validating a currency is lot more effort.
sub:Currencies has to be Deprecated. We need to move to electronic cash.
There is a fundamental design problem with Currencies.
The Design is
1.Every currency is identified by a unique serial number
2.Every currency has a series of security features which makes it difficult to duplicate.
However with increasing economic crimes,
Once the currency is out, the same series ( serial number ) can be duplicated.
This is a functional design bug.
Now we have a few questions
How a ordinary man who is doing normal cash transaction with another person can ensure
1.The currency is genuine ( Security checks ) ?
2.It is not a duplicate ? ( I,e only one copy of it exists )
It is impossible to know the Security checks on a foreign currency and then it is unique ( not a duplicate)
In short, It is not humanly possible to do the checks and balances.
Hence our design of our current currency system is Wrong.
We can eliminate all these issues with Mobile phones.
