Sub: Three Energy and education should be handled by the Government to save World in Future...
These Four primary needs are created by God ( and should be solved by every Government). Rest is derived and it can be privatised.
1. Energy ( Food )
2. Energy ( Sustenance of civilization).
3. Education (Knowledge to Retain / Cultivate 1 and 2)
4. Money ( Universal Force/ Energy to Manage 1,2,3 effectively to operate at lowest cost ).
They should be managed properly to sustain our civilization. Otherwise, it will destroy our civilization little by little.
This is what is happening now and we need to find a permanent fix for the Monetary Policies.
1. Energy ( Food for Living beings )
This cannot be synthesised but grown with God's Grace through normal process ( agriculture )
All subsidies to be given.
Commodity stock should be complete stopped. ( This will lead to price Rise - / Devaluation of Currency )
( We are living in a World where we need to reduce cost for all things each day. More so for the food.
Hence price should be administered and should not and cannot be driven by market.
Bread should continued to be sold at 40 cents and it should never rise to 40 Dollars.)
2.Energy.
We need a energy to live.
Fossil fuels are coming to an end soon and we need a permanent fix else people has to literally die. We cannot cook the food if we make it.
But the real problem is if there is no energy for agriculture there is nothing to cook in the first place.
I have a logical design for permanent unlimited energy from super conductor motor generator set which is the only solution for the World.
This does not have any side effect and it works on the principle of fifth element, i,e. you can remove infinite amount of energy from cosmos
OR emit infinite amount of energy to cosmos the system will be in equilibrium and it will run infinitely in time and in quantum of energy.
98% (ninety eight percent) of transportation in the world ( where the highest energy is spent )
is a waste and it can be replaced by a communication network.
( I have done a model based on GLOBAL VILLAGE which can stop expansion of cities / reduction of transport in cities in the world)
3.Education.
All educational institutions has to be declared as non profit organization in the world. They should operate at minimal cost.
Government should strictly govern all schools up to under graduation and education should be available to all.
One laptop per child is a vision of Negro Ponte of MIT and it should succeed. But that is not sufficient.
We need to connect World onto the web ( I have invented IPG4 for this ) and World has to be educated.
------We need infinite computers on the net.
------We need infinite life of computers for it to be useful to any individual ( for life ).
------We still need to make 6 billion of them for this vision to be fulfilled.
( I have done a logical design for a High performance single chip computer.. with universal instruction set ).
4.Money and Market.

Money is a Universal Force (Energy ). Money is the material Expression of that divine force. Just as Man did not create Gold,
Man did not create money. The power of money is created by God. Money does not belong to anybody. It belongs to everyone.
Money is mean, a force, a power, and not an end by itself. The financiers and businessmen have been offered the possibility to
collaborate with the future, but most of them refuse, convinced that power of money is stronger than that of the future.
BUT THE FUTURE WILL CRUSH THEM WITH ITS IRRESISTIBLE POWER. (This has started happening now).
It is sad that politics and government has turned into trade and profession, and enjoyment as a business.
True money power is a force, that you can handle and direct where it ought to go in order to do the most useful work. ( not fancy ).
The most important of all.
MONEY IS NOT MEANT TO MAKE MONEY. MONEY IS MEANT TO MAKE THE EARTH READY FOR THE ADVENT OF THE NEW CREATION.
MONEY MUST BE IN THE HANDS OF THOSE WHO HAVE THE CLEAREST, MOST COMPREHENSIVE AND TRUEST VISION.
World needs one currency to share our resources ( trade ). ( We cannot create but only share our resources).
This currency should be controlled by World bank. Currency should be defined in the value of Gold itself.
All trade should happen in this currency. This is not a physical currency but a logical currency ( which has more value).
This is truly a accounting currency for international trade but never minted for any reason. Sample currency can be printed to remember
the logical currency, but the printed currency is not used for trade.
THIS CURRENCY SHOULD NOT BE SOLD OR PURCHASED IN ANY COUNTRY.
One unit of currency should be equal to 1 (one) gram of Gold.
The world bank will have a branch in every country.
Every year all the members of each country shall meet to know about all their outstanding both credit and debit.
After 10 years( or so ), if any one has to en cash the currency, they can en cash the same with the appropriate country
Through the world bank ( as Gold exchange )
Migration:
World trade can begin once the accounting software is installed and ready for operation.
No Withdrawal can be done for the first five or ten years.
One country can transfer their credit / debit to another country.
All trade on other currencies has to be stopped immediately.
Every country can operate on only two currencies (one their own and the other the international )
UN/IMF/World Bank has to approve on the new currency and the new system.
Money is a universal Force / Energy that has to be shared by all nations appropriately.
The cost to operate this system is divided by all nations proportionately by usage. It has to operate at minimal cost.
All transactions has to be kept for next 100 years or more in a data file format.
The opening balance on the new system will be brought in upon discussion with both the countries involved in the trade.
The country has to approve the balance with the other nation and give full convertibility to the new currency upon their existing currency.
THIS NEW CURRENCY SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR STOCK TRADING.
THE NEW CURRENCY WILL NOT APPRECIATE ( NO INTEREST ) OR DEPRECIATE ( NO LOSS ) WITH TIME.
PROFIT IS BUILT IN WITH EVERY PAYMENT TERMS AND HENCE THIS CURRENCY DOES NOT NEED INTEREST.
MONEY IS A UNIVERSAL FORCE AND WE NEED A SYSTEM TO SHARE IT IN THE WORLD IN A FAIR MANNER.
IN THE ANCIENT DAYS MONEY WAS MADE OF MATERIAL WHICH HAD INTRINSIC VALUE.
NOW THE CURRENCIES DOESN'T HAVE INTRINSIC VALUE. WE NEED TO FIX THIS BUG FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE FIRST, AND THEN TO OUR COUNTRIES SYSTEMS.

Money ( or currency ) is a single scale ( or units or measurement ) for exchange of commodities.
Now it has become a value ( Sadly it is not retaining the original purpose of its invention ).
The fundamental truth in managing currency is it should be minted based on the exchange value of a commodity of highest value ( GOLD ).
US is not minting on this principle. Gold should not be de materialized. All currencies must be based on Gold reserves.
A person having one million dollar does not mean anything if he has to buy a cup of coffee for one million dollar.
THE VALUE OF MONEY GETS DEFINED ON THE PURCHASING CAPACITY AND NOT ON THE FACE VALUE OF THE CURRENCY.
Market.
Today a company A is selling its IPO of face value $10 through financial institution F. F sells the same stock at $100.
How can this be allowed? It is immoral and illegal in the first place. It is happening all over the world and has to be stopped.
Can anyone in the world have a $10 currency and ask for goods worth $100? Is it valid in any part of the World in any principle?
US is also doing the same blunder of printing currencies without maintaining adequate gold reserve.
The original purpose of selling stock was to raise money to a company.
Now buying a stock or selling a stock does generate any money to whom the stock belongs.
It has become another commodity to be sold which does not have any value in the real sense.
Every commodity sold should have something produced and it is present ( tangible) in the GDP of some nation.
But STOCK is not. Hence it requires a re definition now.
This may lead to a Total bankrupt World where every nation and every individual will be bankrupt.
The Wealth of a Nation and Individual should not be bent on STOCK.
The definitions of Market has to be re defined in the World now.
We need to add a new law in the World.
We have to define the MRP ( Maximum retail price ) for every thing including the STOCK.
The real value of a stock is its face value plus its dividend earned in that year.
So, we have to define the MRP of a stock is face value + dividend. ( It should not be allowed to be sold for more than this price ).
This will stop the soaring up of the stock.
We are all buying the stock ( not to save the company ) but to sell it at a higher price. This is fundamentally wrong.
In the age of decreasing commodity prices, The profits can never go up. This is the one which decides the dividends.
Hence, we need to put an upper boundary for the selling price of the stock. ( it can be sold for a lower price based on market.
The upper limit has to be decided by the government.)
Let buyer beware does not work for the stock market. ( we invest the money to some financial institution and they buy or sell stocks.
and hence government should put some laws by setting the upper limit on the value of every share that is sold in every market ).
The current setup is making
The rich - richer and the poor poorer.
We need a mechanism to make the poor richer and the rich to be richer and sustain the richness.
We can control inflation
Ten dollars per day saved( for 360 days) for 60 years compounded quarterly at 6% (six percent ) is 1,771,106.02 (1.77 Million dollars) spread sheet attached.
This means that every man is a millionaire in this world.
But why it is not happening?
Why people are filing bankruptcy?
Why companies are declaring bankruptcy?
Banks and financial institutions are cheating. The CEO's and directors are swindling the money.
This makes poor poorer, the rich richer.
Banks and financial institutions should make The poor richer ( and rich more richer ).
BANKS MUST CREATE AVENUES FOR HAVING PERSONAL ACCOUNTS TO INVEST IN THIS CATEGORY ( JUST LIKE PENSION ACCOUNT ).
THIS SHOULD NOT BE BENT ON STOCK AND BANKS MUST INSURE THE ACCOUNTS UP TO A FEW MILLION DOLLARS FOR THIS ACCOUNT.
We can make everyone richer. World can be made a heaven ( IF we know how to share our divine Riches - The money )
Man did not create Gold. Man did not create the Money force.
This power of Money has been created by God and it should be available to all.
STOCK is virtual Money. It has to be made real. Otherwise it will suck the real money into it and destruct itself.
There is no real growth of a company or nation if the stock of the company is selling at higher or lower price.
It only makes sense when it sells itself ( and who will be the buyer ).
Stock market is the only place where everyone is a buyer and every one is a seller. So the price has to be fixed by the government
and not by market for this trade to be FAIR.
Companies has to sell themselves to get the appreciated value of stock.
IF everyone wants to sell themselves who will buy? and Who will run?
STOCK PRICE HAS TO BE MADE REAL FOR THE REAL WORLD.
Stock is very dangerous for it can suck the real money and de value it. Stock is the place where Real Money is invested against Virtual Money.
This is very dangerous for the development of a nation / World if left un checked.
I see only a Few Real projects in the world.
Super conductor based power.
Global village etc.
But we are lost in mission to moon / mars etc.( which is not really needed for mankind )
All God made things like Food / Land and part of Housing cannot and should not increase more than the inflation rate.
Government should control all the above resources very closely.
We can reduce the cost of living everywhere in this world.

I trust in God.
America has legalized the use of two wheelers, but due to their wrong perceptions, they have not authorized / certified the
$2500 (two thousand five hundred only) cars. They have to change their decisions. America has to get a car for max three thousand dollars.
Those cars will be zero emission and runs on electricity without any fossil fuel.
IF these cars can be modified as hybrid cars, they can run for 300 (three hundred) miles per gallon.
Let US change its perceptions and define new standard for better and safer World.
We can make this World a Heaven. It is in our hands and let us do it.

High Performance Single Chip Computer...
Every thought is God Given. Let us utilize it for the benefit of humanity. This is how every invention has come and so this be.
Objective:
1.Reduce the cost of computer
2.Reduce the energy consumption of the world for computing
3.Simplify the design of a computer
4.Increase Scalability of a computer
5.Decrease complexity of fabrication.
Result:
High performance Single Chip Computer.
End User only needs:
1.Computer at low cost
2.Good / Acceptable performance for 90%+ of the applications that we use
3.Enough space to keep data.
The end user does not need to know ( or bothers about ) what is the underlying technology that he see as a computer. They do not need to know
whether the instruction set is RISC / CISC etc. They are only bothered about the overall response time and the available space to keep data.
No Individual needs a space more than 4GB in the Flash for Software and another 4GB space for keeping data at runtime. Any one who is exceeding
this already falls into the category of enterprise computer and not home / desktop computing.
We designed the computer. We labelled the parts like CPU Memory HDD and so on.
It is like physics, chemistry, biology....... but knowledge is one. One knowledge can be applied in the other for any circumstance to solve
problems. There is nothing like this knowledge is from physics, this from chemistry etc.
All knowledge and understanding is God Given to this mankind.
The collection of all knowledge which can be applied by any individual is called common sense.
So the definition of CPU, Memory, HDD have all originated from the properties of materials ( Material Science ).
Ultimately it could be Permanent and temporary and their speeds.
Technology has evolved. Now it is time to integrate all the pieces.
The pieces by itself has no significance, but after integration, It makes a marvellous discovery a computer.
Let us take CPU and Memory.
One cannot exists without the other.
=>Integrate CPU and memory. CPU manufacturers can make memory and Memory manufactures can make FFS ( Flash disk etc )
We have un necessarily made a wall between the manufacturing of these components of a computer.
Ultimately what we are trying to do is to enhance performance of a computer while keeping the cost low.
But the real problem is we have split the components by function and then try to decrease the cost.
Splitting by components increases the cost and integration decreases the total cost.
For the end user, the total cost of the computer should be less. ( He does not even care whether there is a CPU or memory in reality and how much
of it exists in what space.) [ Do we really need to know how many transistors / gates / flip flops really is required to do our computing ? ]-
Definitely not.
=>Integrate CPU and memory.
Ultimately what we are trying to do is to enhance performance of a computer while keeping the cost low.
In my observation in the last 20 years, what we are trying to solve is the speed of computing.
This is achieved by Caching.
1.By hardware / firmware at the CPU level.
2.By hardware / Software at the memory level.
3.By disk electronics Raid / San / Nas at the HDD level.
Because of the above implementation methodology ( which was correct at the original time of invention of a computer )
I/O ( Input / Output ) is CPU Intensive. ( Because it is logic oriented )
And whenever there is a logic there is a problem in performance. ( This was the original reason why we put this piece of logic in
HW/CPU/Software).
Now, Still we have the performance Issue.
Solution and New Design.
Today, the CPU Speeds and Memory Speeds have become compatible.
Ideally both the units should be operating at the same clock speed.
IF required, the CPU speed can be reduced and memory speed can be increased so that there is no latency.
So, CPU can operate ad 1GHz and Memory at 1GHz.
=>Integrate Memory and CPU into one logical unit operating at same clock speed ( call it ICPU )
1.This can be done as on die Memory OR
2.Only for reducing further cost, ( and for easier fabrication ) this can reside outside the CPU die.
( Either 2 / 1 GB should be more than enough)
Advantages.
1.All Cache logic TLB / L1,L2,L3 cache and all logic can be completely removed.
2.No need to have memory controller ( Memory itself is at clock speed ).
3.Ultra Reduced Parallel Instruction Set computing.
I.Ultimately what a chip needs is
A.Vector Registers 32 bit wide of min 2 sets length ( or depth ) 255
B.Built in FP Vector Registers of min 2 sets length 255
C.All the Standards Registers like IP Flags CS DS SP BP .....
II.Vector Instruction Set ( Leading 8 bit operation Trailing 8 Bit Depth ) 16 bit instructions ( Tailing all zeros for non vector )
A.Vector add sub mpy div cmp
B.Read Vector (from memory )
C.Write Vector ( to memory )
D.Interrupt, pop, push, other instructions, basic other operations ...
E.CS cannot become DS / and memory management Flags for OS implementation.
F.No other un needed instructions.
4.No need to have multiple cores on a CPU ( We can add more ICPU for horizontal scalability )
This Integrated CPU and Memory Module is called as ICPU ( say ) or as daughter card.
This ICPU will perform 10 times faster than the current technology ( even though on paper it is operating at a lower speed ).
[Note: Speed does not translate into performance. But the re-design of the ICPU will. ]
Today
CPU is done by company A
Memory by company B
HDD by company C
and so on....
But each one is trying to reduce their own cost. ( But with the current implementation, the cost cannot be reduced )
So we need to Integrate all the three technologies.
By Integration, We will eliminate all the un needed HW / SW required to perform the same task ( basically caching ).
Let us take the Home / Office Desktop or Laptops.
In 99.99% of these machines
CPU cannot be changed for life
Mem cannot be changed for life ( because the technology is changing fast )
Display is fixed
Network Card is fixed
KBD and other accessories are today Built in in mother board
........
Practically, Once purchased, the machine cannot be upgraded for life.
The Real change could only be done in the Hard Disk ( For its life is too short when comparing Solid State devices )
Why we need flexibility? ( In reality this flexibility does not exist for the end user.)
Solution:
Standard Display adaptor and standard network card (10Mbps / 100Mbps ) DSP can be made on die.
Integrate all into a Single Chip.
Hence, High performance Single Chip computer is born.
You only need a DMA controller ( or any other appropriate HW ) to access HDD for enterprise.
A 32 bit LBA ( with block size 255 bytes ) is sufficient to handle up to a few Terra bytes sufficient for enterprise computing.
For Enterprise computing with supercomputing power,
We need to design a Hardware which can support multiple ICPU ( or daughter card ) for horizontal scalability.
The only issue is how to handle IPC ( Inter process communication ) in the new proposed technology.
I have taken the logical solution from the BARC designed Neural Network computer design.
They were able to use industry standard computers and design Super computing power with 486 chip ( 10 years back )
We can use the same model to build the next generation super computing - Enterprise computers.
In Practice IPC Does not exists. ( It was designed for SMP Architecture )
The only two major application is OS ( Operating System ) and RDBMS.
In Both these application there is a well defined Transaction boundary during which there is no sharing.
This is implemented in OS using Shared Mem and Semaphores ( to lock multiple access ).
All RDBMS have to Write to disk after the completion of such a task during which no shared access is allowed.
( Access happens from the rollback segments ) and not online sharing.
In either case, true IPC / Memory sharing need not exist ( in the way it is currently implemented )
We can design and implement a new cache fusion technology for inter ICPU communication for further performance enhancement.
Optionally we can read from disk.
Multiple OS can be supported on a single hardware running on different ICPU for large enterprises ( Virtualization ).
For Laptop / Desktop computing to be made completely Solid state,
1.We Already have Flash File system ( For OS and Removable Storage )
2.ICPU ( for memory and processing )
3.RFS ( Ramdisk File system - A new invention to be made based on FFS but on conventional memory - for infinite writes - with battery backup )
A.This RFS is used for runtime configuration which can be changed or optimised.
B.This RFS can be used for storage for download and install and upgrade of existing software
C.An Advanced Flash Utility which comes with the BIOS at boot time ( To upgrade a Software from RFS to FFS at boot time ) [ based on the
principle of RDBMS - All or nothing => complete re-install of existing Software including OS upgrade. ]
D.This will enable the evolution of the Software with time and protecting investment for future with less complexity.
E.We will be completely out of Virus ( The Greatest nightmare of the computer industry )
I have read the design specification of a quantum flip flop in the year 2000.
The order of complexity of the control unit is defined by the order of factorial ( n-1) where n is the state of a flip flop.
For a single flip flop of n states, the Order of complexity of the control unit is factorial ( n-1) to define its n'th state.
Suppose there are million flip flops to be used in such a computer, a factorial is explosive and un imaginable.
=>Quantum computing is not achievable.
But High Performance Single Chip Computing is Achievable with scalability. Let us start working on this new design.
We are in the making of Information Revolution.
This can happen only with understanding and transformation.
Scalability is sufficient if it is horizontal ( but not vertical or by speed ).
PERFORMANCE IS NOT OPTIONAL - IT IS MANDATORY.
WE NEED TO FOCUS ON END TO END INTEGRATION FOR A COMPLEX EQUIPMENT LIKE A COMPUTER.
THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED BY HIGH PERFORMANCE SINGLE CHIP COMPUTER.
We can definitely reduce cost by 10 times.
Learn from cell phone industry.
A single chip cell phone is costing under $10.
We need to fix the cost and performance of the parent Industry ( Computers ).
A single chip computer should only cost $100. This is achievable.
To Fulfill the Vision of MIT ( One Laptop per child ),
We need 6 Billion of the new machine.
We need Lighter / Secure HW and efficient OS and application for the World which is completely Solid State.
God is One.
Today World has one character set UTF8. ( We have created it ).
World needs one Instruction Set for the entire computing ( For Global application portability ). This standard is missing. We need to Create it.
All differences has to be ironed out in the design phase.
Ideally the Electron Micrograph of the High Performance Single Chip Computer should be "one" for the newly designed computer ( which needs to be
manufactured World Wide ).

But each one is trying to reduce their own cost. ( But with the current implementation, the cost cannot be reduced )
So we need to Integrate all the three technologies.
By Integration, We will eliminate all the un needed HW / SW required to perform the same task ( basically caching ).
Let us take the Home / Office Desktop or Laptops.
In 99.99% of these machines
CPU cannot be changed for life
Mem cannot be changed for life ( because the technology is changing fast )
Display is fixed
Network Card is fixed
KBD and other accessories are today Built in in mother board
........
Practically, Once purchased, the machine cannot be upgraded for life.
The Real change could only be done in the Hard Disk ( For its life is too short when comparing Solid State devices )
Why we need flexibility? ( In reality this flexibility does not exist for the end user.)
Solution:
Standard Display adaptor and standard network card (10Mbps / 100Mbps ) DSP can be made on die.
Integrate all into a Single Chip.
Hence, High performance Single Chip computer is born.
You only need a DMA controller ( or any other appropriate HW ) to access HDD for enterprise.
A 32 bit LBA ( with block size 255 bytes ) is sufficient to handle up to a few Terra bytes sufficient for enterprise computing.
For Enterprise computing with supercomputing power,
We need to design a Hardware which can support multiple ICPU ( or daughter card ) for horizontal scalability.
The only issue is how to handle IPC ( Inter process communication ) in the new proposed technology.
I have taken the logical solution from the BARC designed Neural Network computer design.
They were able to use industry standard computers and design Super computing power with 486 chip ( 10 years back )
We can use the same model to build the next generation super computing - Enterprise computers.
In Practice IPC Does not exists. ( It was designed for SMP Architecture )
The only two major application is OS ( Operating System ) and RDBMS.
In Both these application there is a well defined Transaction boundary during which there is no sharing.
This is implemented in OS using Shared Mem and Semaphores ( to lock multiple access ).
All RDBMS have to Write to disk after the completion of such a task during which no shared access is allowed.
( Access happens from the rollback segments ) and not online sharing.
In either case, true IPC / Memory sharing need not exist ( in the way it is currently implemented )
We can design and implement a new cache fusion technology for inter ICPU communication for further performance enhancement.
Optionally we can read from disk.
Multiple OS can be supported on a single hardware running on different ICPU for large enterprises ( Virtualization ).
For Laptop / Desktop computing to be made completely Solid state,
1.We Already have Flash File system ( For OS and Removable Storage )
2.ICPU ( for memory and processing )
3.RFS ( Ramdisk File system - A new invention to be made based on FFS but on conventional memory - for infinite writes - with battery backup )
A.This RFS is used for runtime configuration which can be changed or optimised.
B.This RFS can be used for storage for download and install and upgrade of existing software
C.An Advanced Flash Utility which comes with the BIOS at boot time ( To upgrade a Software from RFS to FFS at boot time ) [ based on the
principle of RDBMS - All or nothing => complete re-install of existing Software including OS upgrade. ]
D.This will enable the evolution of the Software with time and protecting investment for future with less complexity.
E.We will be completely out of Virus ( The Greatest nightmare of the computer industry )
I have read the design specification of a quantum flip flop in the year 2000.
The order of complexity of the control unit is defined by the order of factorial ( n-1) where n is the state of a flip flop.
For a single flip flop of n states, the Order of complexity of the control unit is factorial ( n-1) to define its n'th state.
Suppose there are million flip flops to be used in such a computer, a factorial is explosive and un imaginable.
=>Quantum computing is not achievable.
But High Performance Single Chip Computing is Achievable with scalability. Let us start working on this new design.
We are in the making of Information Revolution.
This can happen only with understanding and transformation.
Scalability is sufficient if it is horizontal ( but not vertical or by speed ).
PERFORMANCE IS NOT OPTIONAL - IT IS MANDATORY.
WE NEED TO FOCUS ON END TO END INTEGRATION FOR A COMPLEX EQUIPMENT LIKE A COMPUTER.
THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED BY HIGH PERFORMANCE SINGLE CHIP COMPUTER.
We can definitely reduce cost by 10 times.
Learn from cell phone industry.
A single chip cell phone is costing under $10.
We need to fix the cost and performance of the parent Industry ( Computers ).
A single chip computer should only cost $100. This is achievable.
To Fulfill the Vision of MIT ( One Laptop per child ),
We need 6 Billion of the new machine.
We need Lighter / Secure HW and efficient OS and application for the World which is completely Solid State.
God is One.
Today World has one character set UTF8. ( We have created it ).
World needs one Instruction Set for the entire computing ( For Global application portability ). This standard is missing. We need to Create it.
All differences has to be ironed out in the design phase.
Ideally the Electron Micrograph of the High Performance Single Chip Computer should be "one" for the newly designed computer ( which needs to be
manufactured World Wide ).

Define the New standard IPG4 which is a modified IPv4 ( current IP standard).
I have sent several solutions ( the final form is listed below ) which replaces 1 IP ( one IP ) with at least 16 Million Ips.
In the IP frame, we have the options Field. Let the first 32 bit have the Source geo mask and the next 32 bit will have the Destination geo mask.
Basically let us start from subnet mask.
To denote how many bits that needs to be set to 1 could be determined from the last byte of the subnet mask ( it is currently under utilized )
Let us assume that we are re-using this subnet mask as the geography mask.
So, the new IP will have a notation A.B.C.D with the geography mask G.H.I.J
The number in J determines the number of bits set to 1 ( for the subnet mask ).
Every Router will have have an IP address with the Geography mask enabled say
IP= A1.B1.C1.D1
Geo=G1.H1.I1.J1
G1- country code, H1-State / Geo code , I1 - sub geography code.
The Router will be using the following algorithm to route the packets.
For every packet received, The router will use the following algorithm.
If G1 <> G then route the packet ( at level G )
IF G1 = G and H1 <> H route the packet ( at level H ).
IF G1 = G and H1 = H and I1 <> I Route the packet ( at level I ).
Else follow current routing. ( This is a total internal address within this geography and locally routed.) ( could be either internal - same class address ) - or ( external - different class address )
{ In addition, if any router is only at level G, or H or I will not even need the routing table for the standard IP Routing or even H or I - It just needs info for G and hence it could reduce to a switch. The size of the routing table will get reduced to just 765 entries as opposed to a few 10 thousands now. So a single complicated router could be replaced with two switches which is very fast.}
The above scheme solves the internal routing of packets within an organization / network
Implementation should have good / stringent plan as that of Y2K.
Migration path.
Step 1:
All software hosts and clients must start updating the options field with the geo mask from a given date ( decided by IETF ). This can be easily tested and implemented with less regression issues. ( Since the new fields are not being used ).
Step 2:
This step can be implemented parallely, where each router will be updated with the geo mask. ( This too has very less impact ).
Step 3: Internet to Intranet connectivity.
Once the above scheme is implemented, The forward route of a packet is very clear.
The packets will be routed to the destination country and then sent out of the ( local ) network to the internet.
The return route of the messages coming to the machines are the question. ( they might follow a different route ).
To solve this problem, on the packets which are leaving out of one network - to the internet,the router at the edge of the corporation, should dynamically generate a local ( unused ) IP in that geo. It should then do a Network address translation so that the the return address comes to the same machine.
The above scheme makes sure that the return path is the same as the Sent path. ( Note: however, the return path of the packet need not be exactly equivalent to the sent packet ).
This scheme has several advantages
- Very less effort to test the functionality of the new Addressing schemes
- No ( very little ) user training
- No Serious migration path
- Once the new scheme stabilises, the routing tables will fall abruptly and we can use switches - not routers. we can make the backbone much faster
- We can start reclaiming the IP address ( esp class A and class B users ) for the unallocated IP's
- We can have a secure network

Transforming World to Heaven through Awareness and Understanding
My heartfelt thanks to all Gods and Gurus and all Enlightened Masters.
I had a question for a very long time in my mind, Why this World is not a Heaven which led me to design this site. Each one of us want to be happy and all our desires met and live in heaven. For that to happen we have a responsibility ( and accountability ). We need to create a heaven around us in every moment of life.
From our childhood we have been taught the mantras “1.Guru Brahma 2.Guru Vishnu 3.Guru Devo Maheswara...”. The other mantra is “4.Asathoma Sathgamaya, 5.Tamasoma Jyothirgamaya, 6.Mrithyorma Amruthngamaya”. In all of us – We have the power of creation ( Brahma ), The power of Sustenance ( Vishnu ), and the power of removal ( Shiva ). What we need to really apply and understand in our life is (4) Lead me from unreal to Real ( or absolute Truth ( in every work of life )), (5) Lead me from dark to light ( from ignorance to bliss (intelligence )), (6) Lead me from temporary to permanent. We need to apply this concept in every walk of life and in everything we do. (7) Ask Right Questions. ( what is the ultimate truth ). Ask yourself ( and to others the right questions in every moment of life – that will enhance your Understanding ) which will ultimately lead to Realization. (8) Awareness – Increases more of why's which leads to better understanding. (9) Observe ( See [deeply] what things are both internal and external to you ). The Goodness in you will increase and the inefficiencies and negativities will be removed. Life is experiential. While living convert all your why's to vow's ( arputha rasa ). Have a deep sense of wonderment in life. At the same time, be an observer. Question your experiences. Understanding will emerge. Question the facts and truths in life – understanding will emerge. ( You experience the sun rises in East and sets in West. This is a fact and an experience. However the real fact is Sun neither sets nor rise. It is the Earth which revolves. ) This is why we need to question all our experiences.
The essence of the above truth is (1) See for absolute truth in everything what you do, (2) Transform from ignorance to bliss, (3) Make everything you do to live for infinite. ( or Bring INFINITENESS in every aspect of your life. That is really the God in you ).
For the above truth to work in your life you need to operate as 1. Sathyam (Truth) at the intellect level, 2. Ahimsa ( Non violence ) at the mental level, 3. Brahmacharyam ( Non – Indulgence ) at the physical level ( every thing should be in moderation ).
Bring “Thought less ness” ( absence of thought ) in your life ( by meditation ). Silence is the mother of all knowledge.
I applied the above concept in my life which led to the invention ( see the links ) of the three basic needs of our civilization. ( Infinite Energy, Infinite life of computes, Infinite Computers on the network ).
Let our Goal be Transformation Oriented. Let us transform this world to heaven. A Society which will let us to experience the Heaven in this World. I have solved the basic three problems of the world ( Food, knowledge and Energy ). Unless we stop spending on the basic needs we cannot focus on the other problems of the world, like Disparity in Society ( Rich/poor, AIDS,... Terrorism.... and other social problems ). All that can definitely be solved ( provided each one of us operate from the above principles as a living God ). For this world to become a heaven each one of us has to live in “Sufficiency” rather than “deficiency”.
We need to bring in clarity in all our understanding. Reduce the cost of operation in everything that we see ( food, housing, things, computer, transport, education ...) for things to be accessible to everyone. Otherwise Rich becomes richer, poor becomes poorer. By reducing cost, all the basic needs becomes easier to reach the needy ( in every sense ).
IF you look at life a little more deep inwardly and place an enquiry, you will have questions like: Who am I?, Why I am here?, What is the purpose of my life?... IF you are honest the answers will emerge from you. That is the Intelligence ( or the God in you ). Then further questions will arise... Am I the body ( No ), Am I the mind ( No )... I am the infinite consciousness ( is words of maharishis ). If I am not body and mind => body and mind really belongs to God ( by creation ). So, say yourself to God “I belong to You”. In essence whatever you see in this world is God ( Divine ). It is our responsibility to “manifest it” for the welfare of humanity. Invoke the power of 1.Brahman ( Create Good things which will last for infinity ), 2. Vishnu ( Protect / Sustain those good things / practices to eternity ) , 3. Shiva ( Remove Bad / inefficient things ). Develop the courage to remove unwanted ( garbage ) from your life consciously.
After reading this your “Old Mind” will tell you, ( This is good to read but not practical ). Have the courage to throw the “Old Mind”. Re program your mind – be a living God. Act as God as we are sparks of God. Our society will have an enlightened living. Let your reading not remain as a concept. Let it get transformed and be a living. Let this become our way of life. A transformed society is indeed a Heaven.
Let our living be based on Love. Let us pray for World to be ( happy, peace, loving, contended, bliss ). Pray for the four seasons. Your personal prayer be ( Day by day in every way I am more and more (healthy, wealthy, loving, blissful, enlightened )). Follow the above principles in life. You will be a living God. Problems will come, and if it goes beyond your capacity to solve them ( and becomes unbearable ) “Just surrender to God – 100%”. In fact everything is God. Problems will deepen your bhakthi ( devotion ), Jyanam ( knowledge ), vairagyam ( commitment / determination / detachment ). Allow God to flow through you in every moment of life. Problems perform divine surgery in life. They will tell you what is really important in life every time when they happen. They will deepen your understanding. They will bring out your true potential. Understand whenever a problem happens, honestly ask the questions ( What, why, when, who and how = ISO9001 = 4W1H). The solution to every problem lies in the problem. Looking at it deeply with 4W1H principle, they will reveal the solution. The ultimate meaning of life is “being in some way useful to the society”. Understand that “Nothing is Mine” and “Everything is Thine” which will transform you to enlightenment and realization. Bring Clarity and understanding into you life in every walk of life.
The faculty of an individual is ( Body, breath / life, consciousness, emotions/feelings, mind, memory,soul / The Divine you ). When we get into problems the ego ( or memory / past experiences ) will interfere and amplify our sorrows. But have the understanding that every faculty of you should remind you of your true nature. The True Nature of man are ( I am infinite consciousness, I am forgetful... ). We should live in the present ( karma yoga ). Enjoy the present. The body and mind is given to enjoy this world. Do not be in conflict with existence. Develop to accept people and situations as they are ( and then improve upon it ). Be on a path of continuous excellence. Focus on perfection and quality. Perfection is static but excellence is dynamic ( continuous ). Expand your consciousness in every walk of life. You will experience the God in You.
If each one of us solves one problem ( completely ) the world will become a Heaven. Do not solve any problem at the superficial level. Go to the roots of the problem and uproot the problem. Problems manifestations will completely disappear. Let us evolve with Right Knowing. In normal circumstance we are living with 90% garbage in every level. Let us take steps to clean it up.
Do some amount of Aasanas, Yoga, Pranayama and Kriya Every Day. That has the potential to cleanup the toxins in the system. These practices link Body, Mind, Intellect and the soul.
Desire for everything Good in your life. But that should include God. Develop the Desire to do. Drop your desire for happiness. Happiness is the essence of life. Do not look for it outside. "Silence" is no noise. Silence cannot be created ( but can be observed ). Let us remove the noise and "Silence" will manifest. So is Happiness. It is Omni Present. Let us Live as God's Instruments and enjoy the abundance of the Universe.
Internet has given the power to be omnipresent. It has greater power in solving the most daunting problems of our civilizations. Are we using it to our best?
Our civilizations has three basic problems.( Food, Knowledge, Energy ). As the population grows, we need increasing amount of energy. We are running against a limited resource. “Sun's Energy” is not sufficient to run our civilization. So, I invented a method to create energy from “lower temperature physics”. ( Energy from SuperConductor ). We can generate infinite amount of electrical energy from the Super conductor and as a side effect it releases heat energy. ( Our existing system consume energy and hence we are running out of fuel ). The super conductor based power generation releases Electrical energy and as a side effect releases heat energy. ( Both delta G is -ve ). Hence this system can produce power for infinity.

Super conductor based power generation...
Sub: Super conductor – Generator. – Solves the World’s Power Requirement
Break "Law of conservation of energy" with Super conductors - Solve worlds energy requirement.
Uses principle of fifth element… ( You can take any amount of energy from space or release into space then you can do it for infinity )
To recapitulate all the fundamental properties of Electricity.
- Voltage is required only for current to flow ( 2Volts or 2000Volts does not make any difference for a superconductor )
- Inductors ( coils ) do not offer resistance to the DC ( Direct current)
- Theoretically, there is no voltage drop when we use super conductors in the circuit ( Since there is no resistance )
Let us take for example a normal 270 KW DC Traction motor which is running at 1000-1500V DC at 200- 275 Amps. If the same design is converted into a super conductor, design, the same motor can operate at 2V/200 amps and deliver the same power ( The power is limited only by the Design limitations of how much non superconducting material that is used in the design of the motor.)
Which means, theoretically we can build a super conductor motor with an arbitrary power which can operate at low voltage.
The power which is generated from such a DC motor could be used to power ( either a superconductor based alternator ) or a conventional Alternator which could be designed to deliver higher voltage using conventional design.
So, we have a motor generator set ( having a superconductor based series motor ) and a generator component which can be superconductor based ( or conventional design )as well.
With is concept, we have a 275kilowatts motor which can run on 2V/275 amps.The motor will be able to operate at 75 – 80 percent efficiency so, we can draw approximately 200 Kilo Watts of power. Out of this 200Kilo Watts we can design a SMPS which can deliver 200 amps at 2V to re-charge the battery ( whose consumption would be 200 amps at 2v which will be about 0.4 kilo watts ).
Once the system attains steady state we will be able to draw 200 kilo watts of power from this design ( with no running cost ). Assuming that another 30 kilo watts of power is required to keep the motor at lower temperatures, still we can draw 170 kilo watts of power from this system.
This system will be a total solution to the growing power needs of the world.
Advantages of the New Superconductor Motor / Generator systems.
- It is possible to operate an arbitrary Power Generator from a careful and well designed Super conductor Motor.
- Power Generation
- (Note:) if the cost is very low for the design, if the operating environment of the Motor is at low temperatures, we can buy / use / recycle liquid nitrogen based cooling.
- IF the cost of the motor is not very expensive, we can totally do away with the existing power distribution system.!! A great savings for the government.
- All locomotive vehicles could be made to be superconductor based locomotive, no need of electric traction.
- All the future aircrafts ( after the oil Age ) will be done by this new technology.
- All cars / buses / trucks can be made totally Super conductor based vehicles ( even if it costs 10 times more for they can be made to last for 1000ds of years.)
- The only overhead is to maintain the battery ( energizing the coils ) totally fault tolerant ( which is affordable by any one ) and to maintain the temperature of the motor ( which should be taken care in the design )
